Bus Operator Safety Training: APTA Standards and Best Practices

During this session, speakers will discuss the bus operator training survey, overview of the working group, and recommended practice efforts. This session will also discuss the Amalgamated Transit Union perspective on bus operator training as well as the North County Transit District’s training program. Overall, we encourage all transit agencies, contractors and business members to attend this important session to learn about the importance of bus operator training.
