Recent developments in social equity and racial justice movements have resulted in more transit agencies taking a fresh look at how they conduct fare enforcement and address public safety or quality of life issues at their transit facilities. Panelists will discuss various fare enforcement and public safety models, the practical and legal benefits of each, and new ways that agencies are addressing these important community issues.
