Final Rule for 49 CFR Part 270 System Safety Program - Part 4

The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) lead a Webinar hosted by APTA on the Final Rule 49 CFR Part 270 System Safety Program (SSP). This rule was published on March 4, 2020 with an effective date of May 4, 2020. This affects Passenger and Commuter Railroads and would be highly beneficial for system safety professionals to attend. Additionally, FRA is expected to help understand the changes in the revisions to the final rule, how they addressed some of the concerns that were raised to the previous final rule, etc.
