Kaleidoscope: How DEI Efforts Impact the Bottom Line

As transit agencies and transit businesses advance diversity, equity and inclusion in their own organizations, they are often confronted with the question "why are we doing this?" This webinar is designed to answer that question based on business objectives and goals. In other words, it is possible to see a return on investment (ROI) for DEI efforts if you approach it systematically.
