Public Transit Funding under the American Rescue Plan Act

President Biden, the House, and Senate have passed into law the APTA-supported $1.9 Trillion American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, and public transit will receive more COVID-19 relief funding than any other mode of transportation.

The President signed the bill on Thursday, March 11. Join APTA less than 24 hours later for a webinar breaking down the $30.5 billion for public transit, including how new transit funding will be split among formula, emergency relief, and capital investment grants; and the key requirements of the American Rescue Plan and how they differ from the 2020 relief acts.
