Maggie Muir of KMM Strategies, a lead campaign consultant for the 2026 San Francisco Bay Area Prop L Measure, will discuss navigating complex regional issues. Kirk Hovenkotter of Transportation Choices Coalition will draw from his experience with the 2024 Seattle Transportation Levy, which reached the ballot through referral, and the 2025 Yes on Ellensburg Transit campaign.
