Selecting Paratransit Software

image

This three-part video series is designed to guide transit professionals through the entire lifecycle of procuring and implementing paratransit software solutions. From understanding the origins and evolution of paratransit technology to mastering the procurement process and engaging directly with industry vendors, each session builds critical knowledge for agencies seeking to modernize their services.

These virtual learning sessions are designed to be educational and to offer the perspective of transit agency staff and managers. While we greatly value the information and involvement provided by our commercial vendors and the contributions of our committees, we are committed to minimizing any perception of commercial bias in this educational effort. To that end, panelists and moderators will avoid referencing specific companies or products; the participating vendors represent only a small selection of available paratransit software options. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to present an unbiased and informative experience for all participants.

  • The first in the Selecting Paratransit Software series, the session is designed to provide transit agency staff and managers with a comprehensive overview of the evolution of paratransit software applications, highlighting key differences and advancements in the field.

What can you expect from the process? How can you ensure your agency is asking the right questions?  The session will also offer insights into common pitfalls, emerging trends, and strategies for fostering transparency and collaboration between agencies and vendors.
