The second in the Selecting Paratransit Software series, this session will guide participants through the key phases of procuring and implementing paratransit software. Panelists will cover best practices for developing clear requirements and requests (asks), strategies for thoroughly evaluating vendor proposals, and tips for ensuring a smooth implementation process. Additionally, the session will address common challenges faced by agencies during procurement, approaches to stakeholder engagement, and methods for measuring success post-implementation.
