Transit plays a vital role in reducing the effects of global climate change. While transit agencies have made progress moving the needle in tackling this problem, the industry can still do more in this area. Our deliverable will be a comprehensive communications and branding plan to support agency leaders on how to effectively communicate and position themselves to customers, employees and stakeholders.
By reimagining public transit agencies business models, strategies and overall mission, the industry will be better positioned to build broader support within their communities, recruitment practices, and be recognized as the true environmentally friendly alternative and champions of global climate change.
