As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to change the way we work, transit agencies and organizations continue to innovate when it comes to workforce training and development. During this session we will discuss how organizations are using new and evolving technology, often with very little funding, to continue to offer enriching training and development opportunities to their employees. Learn about some of the challenges they have faced and how are they creating innovative solutions to keep employees engaged and informed.
